**Combined Job Description**
**Position Purpose:**
This role is responsible for managing projects for external customers—including managed services, professional services consultancy, IT outsourcing, and outsourcing service delivery—while also driving document scanning and imaging volume and revenue growth. Through daily communication with both the Client and Xerox Account Team, the role identifies opportunities, plans, schedules, and manages volumes across various client locations in the US and Canada, ensuring effective service delivery and supporting billing and reporting activities.
**Scope:**
+ **Project Management:** Oversee projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring projects meet client expectations and remain within budget and schedule constraints.
+ **Document Processing:** Manage and coordinate the flow of client documents (US and Canada) to various Xerox and client processing locations.
+ **Overall Accountability:** Operate with a generally domestic focus while aligning with both internal business strategies and external client needs.
**General Responsibilities:**
+ Employ best practices and leverage deep internal and external business knowledge to improve products and services.
+ Serve as a resource and mentor for colleagues with less experience.
+ Exercise in-depth expertise to guide decisions, consistently adhering to policies, procedures, and the overall business plan.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ **Project Leadership & Delivery:**
+ Lead or participate in cross-functional teams focused on delivering new or existing projects.
+ Develop, document, and maintain program/project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
+ Monitor project progress from initiation through delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
+ Organize interdepartmental activities to achieve project goals and manage any required changes to maintain process and system capability.
+ Oversee the coordination and delivery of professional services to customers, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business needs.
+ **Document Scanning & Imaging:**
+ Communicate daily with clients and the Xerox Account Team to identify and drive document scanning and imaging volumes.
+ Collaborate with Xerox and operations teams to plan, schedule, and manage document volumes across various processing locations.
+ Support billing and reporting activities to track revenue and revenue growth associated with document processing.
+ **Additional Duties:**
+ Perform all other duties as assigned, ensuring a comprehensive approach to service delivery and project management.
This combined role integrates robust project management capabilities with a targeted focus on document processing operations, ensuring that both areas are aligned to deliver superior client outcomes and drive revenue growth.
