We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion.

 

Key Responsabilities:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to execute project tasks effectively. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs as needed. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certification is a plus. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.

 

Physical Demands:

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds. Frequent use of a computer and other office equipment. Ability to travel as required for project needs.
