**Additional Information About the Role**
BJC Grants Management Office (GMO) is seeking a Project Manager - Financial to join their team. This role will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the GMO with a focus on the pre-award portion of the grant lifecycle. This person will be responsible for fiscal and regulatory compliance related to the administration of BJC’s grant program with a special focus on the pre-award process. Responsibilities related to this role will include: the review and approval of BJC system grant proposal submissions; the review and approval of grant agreements/contracts and fiscal/programmatic reports; and the review /analysis/approval of general ledger activity including award setups, ledger maintenance, and journal entries. This role will also support/assist with BJC’s annual Uniform Guidance audit and other reporting/special projects as needed.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in managing grants (pre-award experience a plus) and a strong background in accounting experience. This is a remote position (Local to St. Louis area only.)

**Role Purpose**
Responsible for leading cross-functional financial projects including financial analysis, reporting and forecasting operations and the evaluation of potential business opportunities in support of the organization's strategic priorities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manages and coordinates financial aspects of assigned projects.
+ Develops models that analyze the financial and operational impact of the projects.
+ Provides management with scheduled project status updates, feedback and appropriate reporting on selected projects.
