Position Overview: The Project Manager - Fireproofing is responsible for overseeing the fireproofing construction projects from initial concept to completion. This role is critical for ensuring that projects are executed with efficiency, accuracy, and safety. The Project Manager must have a comprehensive knowledge of fireproofing material, application processes, and local fireproofing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of fireproofing construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing crew members Ensure projects adhere to local fireproofing standards and procedures Review and approve contractor bids and proposals Identify and address construction delays, problems, and safety issues Coordinate with other departments and project stakeholders Provide clear and timely communication to project stakeholders and crew members

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in project management of fireproofing projects Comprehensive knowledge of fireproofing material, application processes, and local fireproofing standards Experience with Drywall, Plaster, Lath, or related products Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsBenefits
