Project Manager for technology Partner Program

Overview & Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to assist in the day-to-day management of a technology Partner Program. This role will assist the Global Partner Program manager with various work streams related to the Partner Program in Lisbon.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise mobility, its ecosystem, excellent project and program management skills, and a functional and technical understanding of mobility platforms.

Responsibilities:

● Assist in the day-to-day management of a technology Partner Program, including help with planning, execution, and evaluation of program activities.

● Identify the project goals, objectives, risks, and scope

● Create a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required

● Create RACI and monitor project progress

● Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners on various program related workstreams

● Develop and deliver program reports and presentations.

● Identify and mitigate program risks.

● Manage and coordinate program communications.

● Support the development and implementation of new program initiatives.

Qualifications

● Professional English + Portuguese (min B2/C1) speaker

● Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.

● 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology industry.

● Must have experience with enterprise mobility or technology partner programs

● Must have excellent project / program management skills / written and verbal communications skills

● Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and timelines

● Functional and technical understanding of mobility platforms (Android preferred) and enterprise mobility management technologies: Nice to have - technical knowhow of android enterprise.

● Ability to analyze data and derive trends (Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office suite)

● Highly organized and able to work independently

● PMP certification or equivalent preferred

● Nice to have - working knowledge of Salesforce
