As a **Project Manager for GEIS EMEA** , you will be responsible for the successful management and execution of projects within scope, time, and budget. You will lead the platform, site, or Business Unit Program Management and Integrated Product Teams to drive customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and financial performance. This involves managing stakeholders, project delivery, and team relationships. We are specifically seeking an individual with experience in site moves, new builds and site closures who can coordinate the entire project from start to finish. **What you’ll do:** + Supervise the Project and/or Program Managers assigned to the project or site/business unit, establishing objectives and goals, and providing direction to the teams in areas of customer need, transition, M&A, potential changes in scope, and risk assessment. + Provide overall platform or site/business unit interface with all stakeholders, enhancing organization responsiveness to customer requirements, and managing customer expectations and contractual commitments internally. + Ensure project teams receive adequate support by coordinating PM reviews, preparing, and publishing PM metrics and reports. + Maintain metrics for projects, quality, technical performance, and delivery throughout all PROLaunch phases. + Coordinate all risks and requirements of the project/program into a unified and integrated entity, planning, controlling, integrating all projects and programs, and measuring all elements to ensure successful achievement of requirements and goals. + Utilize an effective change management process (ADKAR) and provide regular status updates (Green/Yellow/Red) on project milestones and problem/high-risk areas (e.g., technical, cost, and schedule), updating business units as well as divisional, group, and sector levels. + Play a key role in developing new business proposals and executing the overall program plan. + Coordinate and monitor a One Eaton program technical personnel across multiple sites. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree, preferably engineering + Min 7-8 years of experience in project management + Proven knowledge on Project Management, PMP or similar certification is a plus **Skills:** + Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and organizational skills + Excellent skills in using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office suite, + Strong leadership and project execution skills **What We Offer** + Competitive compensation and benefits package + Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team + We make your aspirations matter – Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possible + We make your growth matter - We invest in our employees for the long term – not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton University + We make your contributions matter - reliability, safety, efficiency, and sustainability are at the core of our dedication to improving people’s lives and the environment through power management technologies. + We make your wellbeing matter – We put your health and safety first.
