Role Overview:

As a Project Manager at Tachyus, you will be critical in steering complex projects that span multiple technologies and teams. Your expertise will ensure our project deliverables align with organizational goals and client expectations. This position involves rigorous timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication management, utilizing tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Office 365, Google Drive, Slack, and Zoom.


Responsibilities:

Define and oversee project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports, ensuring transparency and effective communication. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs, using best practices in project management. Lead and evaluate project status and resource utilization; implement changes as needed; review and assess opportunities to enhance and improve projects. Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external clients to ensure all sides are aligned with the project objectives and timelines.


Requirements:

Proven track record as a Project Manager, with extensive experience managing large-scale software development or technology integration projects. Proficiency in project management software tools and methodologies, with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of navigating complex project landscapes and fostering collaborative team environments.
