Our transport logistics is a part of global logistics at HUGO BOSS and is responsible for worldwide transportation flows from the procurement of raw materials to distribution in the sales channels. Together, we design transport logistics processes and systems within the supply chain, from conception and tendering to operational support for transport service providers and monitoring freight invoicing. To strengthen our Global Logistics Transport team, we are looking for a project manager with a focus on global transport logistics (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
What you can expect:
\n\tDevelopment and implementation of project plans for process and system optimization of transport logistics (including the coordination of resources, timelines and budgets) to achieve project goals\n\tCollaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment to understand requirements and develop solutions\n\tStructured preparation and development of business requirements into management-oriented decision templates \n\tAnalysis and optimization of transport logistics business processes and systems in the context of continuous improvement\n\tAnalysis of developments and trends in the global transport market and systems for the digitalization of transport logistics, including the derivation of recommendations for action for HUGO BOSS\n\tPreparation and implementation of change management measures

Your profile:
\n\tApprenticeship in Logistics with at least 5 years of professional experience or business studies with a focus on supply chain/transport logistics with at least 3 years of experience in an international, transport logistics environment\n\tStrong moderation and communication skills\n\tBusiness fluent in written and spoken English; German an advantage, but not essential\n\tExcellent project management skills \n\tExperience in the implementation of logistics ERP or cloud solutions\n\tGood knowledge of transportation processes for all transport modes and markets\n
