Your Role:

The Project Manager- ISC Planning TF at EMD Electronics is responsible for executing and managing a portfolio of complex projects related to supply chain execution and product commercialization/ localization.  This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Supply Chain readiness, adhere to timeline and scope requirements, and successfully execute programs while communicating regularly to all key stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Defines, plans and coordinates work teams including coordinating the activities of cross- functional teams by leading through influence to ensure project timelines are metActs as a primary point of contact of ISC Planning, for designated projects facilitating project update meetings, and written communication and reports to inform stakeholders of progressIdentify and leads collaborative projects within global ISC Planning organization to harmonize internal planning processesMobilizes and motivates effective project teams; communicating effectively across teams and groups; reprioritizing as necessary to address changes in the business and/or shifting needsDevelop timely reports and key performance indicators to identify/monitor material delivery challengesManages projects through to completion ensuring on-time delivery and maintaining overall project ownership to assigned projects.Develops timelines, and ensures progress to plan, as well as tracks and communicates critical project achievements and/or risksWorks with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize and lead projects or activities as well as develop baseline financial metrics to document savings of identified projects / initiativesEnsures time and resources align with business prioritizes and objectives and escalates project risks to manager as appropriateDeliver results for each project through leadership and partnership with cross-functional teams and by working directly with various stakeholders across the CompanyDrives process improvement, and adherence to company project standards for assigned projectsManage non-technical, supply chain projects using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through deliveryRecommend strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends and anticipating requirementsSchedule and facilitate meetings necessary to coordinate and manage projects and other related business requirements.

 

Travel requirements worldwide: 10-20%

Who You Are

Minimum Qualification:

5+ years of experience in Project Management leadership in Planning or in Supply Chain function2+ years of experience with SAP ERP/MRP systemsBachelor’s degree with a Supply Chain/Operations planning emphasis or Business Management/EngineeringPrevious experience dealing with a high degree of data evaluation and customer focus and the ability to understand and process large amounts of complex data, and plan solutions with a customer focus

 

Preferred Qualification:

PMP (Project Management Professional) certificationMaster's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operation, Management or Business or related fieldMust be proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams6+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics management, operations or product management, or other process-focused business positions is a plus, along with knowledge of work processesExcellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detailAbility to perform under pressure in a very fast paced, complex, and dynamic environmentStrong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously

 

 

Pay Range for this position - $73,000 - $219,000.

 

Our ranges incorporate all levels and career types available within this specific role and are derived from relevant industry market data.  Should we decide to make an offer, we will consider several factors, including but not limited to your location, skills, experience, career level, and other job-related factors.  This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; paid time off; and paid holidays; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses
