What you’ll do:
Work with a pool of Project Managers on a variety of projects; support or lead the fulfilment of PM related tasks of the assigned project/s and as PMO/ Support Project AdministrationAct as a single point of contact, coordinate and communicate with team members, technical project staff, back-office administration teams and all other relevant counterparts to ensure the processes are followed and all the required activities within a project are done as plannedSupport the management of project financials, prepare reports, presentations and required budget tracking; report to Project Manager and/or Project SponsorsParticipate in set project/s related meetings & deliver required inputs, if applicablePrepare presentations, reports, analysis regarding project/s status & future actionsManage first level stakeholder relationshipsCommunicate with external HPE customers, if neededWhat you’ll need:
Bachelor or Master’s degree completed in the last year or recently. We encourage any field of study to apply!Very good communication, negotiation and influencing skillsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to make quick and informed decisionsProactive and able to work under pressureAbility to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) teamCustomer oriented attitudeExperience and literacy in MS Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, VisioExcellent communications skills in EnglishWhat we’d prefer you bring:
