Essential Responsibilities:
Provides clear direction and distributes workload to leverage individual and group strengths, ensuring balanced work experience and development opportunitiesDemonstrates leadership in HS&E, applying the Project Specific Safety Program (PSSP) to ensure compliance with Ledcor HS&E standards and relevant regulationsEnsures projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, and building codes, maintaining quality standardsDevelops and maintains construction schedules with the project team to meet milestones and completion datesMaintains and tracks billings, reports, and projections, and implements trade awards and construction work within financial targets and constraintsQualifications:
5 plus years of experience on large civil, oil and gas, or pipeline projects, including leech pad construction, reclamation, and earth movement scopesPreferred completion of post-secondary education in Civil Construction, Engineering, or a related disciplineStrong understanding of construction documents, costs, and budgets, with superior contract negotiation skillsProven track record of building successful teams, effectively motivating people, and maintaining effective relationships with clients, owners, and consultantsAbility to respond to stakeholder requests and communicate complex information clearly and appropriatelyWorking Conditions:
