As Project Manager I (PMI), you will support various projects across multiple levels within the organization, reporting directly to the Director, Business Optimization. This role involves managing aspects of single or multiple projects, often with moderate to high levels of complexity and cross-functional involvement. The PMI will work closely with the Business Optimization Director and Team to drive initiatives aimed at enhancing financial performance, operational quality, and other organizational goals.

Works on a single project or manages multiple projects simultaneously, working with varying levels of management to identify and assist leading or managing initiatives to enhance the financial and quality goals, such as to resolve and improve day-to-day processes and service delivery, or any other goals assigned. Understands, communicates, and follows overall strategic initiatives as outlined. Works closely with sponsors, process owners and subject matter experts to develop and deploy implementation plans and other project tools, establish metrics and improvement targets, drive projects to completion, and monitor effectiveness of solutions.
May serve as the contact with vendors, monitoring vendor activities to ensure business objectives are delivered timely and cost effectively. May also work closely with vendors to resolve all issues related to project implementations.
When requested, may represent the department or, division in work groups and committee.
When appropriate escalates project issues to project sponsors and leadership.
Manage project resources within each project’s triple constraints of scope, schedule and budget.
Ensures compliance in the use of project management processes, along with organizational standards.
Responsible for quality and customer satisfaction related to implementation of projects.

Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in related areas or knowledge acquired through experience required; Bachelor’s degree and/or Clinical Licensure + knowledge acquired through experience are preferred.Must have minimum of two years home health/hospice or project management work experience and demonstrated success managing projects with various levels of complexity and stakeholder involvement.Proficient in project management principles, techniques, and processes.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
