Project Manager (HR Projects Unit)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (hybrid)

As a Project Manager within Human Resources (HR) Projects Unit, you will be responsible for planning, tracking, and managing the performance of assigned projects. In this role, you will deliver a range of HR projects through the appropriate project lifecycle activities by developing and implementing  project plans, collaborating within the department and cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will ensure that projects and initiatives align with organizational objectives, enhance the employee experience, and maintain compliance with relevant policies and regulations. 

Your responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely approvals and execution.

Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines, driving the successful completion of HR projects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.

Coordinate project activities and monitor project progress.

Identify and manage risks and mitigation actions.

Manage changes and dependencies to meet key milestones.

Provide regular project updates and insights through reports, enabling timely decision-making by senior management.

Identify and implement improvements to existing HR processes, supporting strategic HR goals.

Manage project closure activities by gathering lessons learned, evaluating project achievements, ensuring completed implementation works and handover to operations.

Requirements for the role:

3+ years of experience managing initiatives and projects, ideally within the HR field.

Good understanding of project governance coupled with experience in managing project financials.

Demonstrated experience in implementing multi-divisional, multi-regional projects.

Strong organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven experience in change management.

Solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution, coupled with a strong desire to cultivate a positive work environment.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Qualifications in Project Management such as Prince2, APM, or PMI would be considered an advantage.

How you will be rewarded:

Salary range for this position is from 48,500 to 60,500 EUR per year depending on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. This role is also eligible to receive discretionary annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance.
