**Your role and responsibilities**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead our HRIS transformation program.
Main responsibilities
Project Planning and Strategy:
* Develop a comprehensive project plan, including scope, goals, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Project Execution and Management:
* Lead a cross-functional project team and provide guidance and direction throughout the project lifecycle.
* Monitor and control project activities, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Coordinate communication among project team members and stakeholders.
Vendor and Resource Management:
* Collaborate with vendors and external partners involved in the HRIS transformation.
* Manage the allocation of resources, both internal and external, to meet project requirements.
Technical lead :
* Act as a technical lead on the project.
* Coordonate and ensure delivery on time regarding all IT requirements needed to the HCM tool implementation within IT department of UBP.
* Helping on solution architecture for every interface connection within UBP Systems and coexistence problematic within old and futur tools.
* Hands on ponctual needs related to SQL, JSON.
Quality Assurance:
* Ensure the HRIS transformation program meets quality standards and aligns with best practices in HR systems.
* Perform regular quality assessments and evaluations.
Change Management:
* Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of the new HRIS system by employees.
* Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
Reporting and Documentation:
* Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
* Maintain detailed project documentation and records.

**Required technical and professional expertise**
Experience
* Years of experience: 7-10 : senior
* Proven experience managing HRIS transformation projects.
* Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead and inspire a project team.
* Knowledge of HRIS systems, software, and technology trends.
* Familiarity with change management methodologies.
* Certification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, HR, or related field.
* Technical skills: SQL, JSON, Interface connection
* IT Tools: HR Systems

* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
