Job Description

The purpose of this job is to oversee the direction, coordination, and
completion of facility remodel projects from inception to construction
completion while adhering to critical plan submittal deadlines.

 

Manage facility remodel, major maintenance, dealer conversion, and catastrophic damage projects up to point of construction start with a high level of supervision.Interface with governing agencies to assess, apply for, and obtain all necessary entitlements and permits for assigned projects.Review design details with consultant team, Operations, and Executive management team.Establish and monitor project budgets.Support construction team in contractor bid process and/or bid projects to appropriate contractors.Coordinate equipment purchases including quote solicitation, obtaining purchase orders, and scheduling deliveries.Value of individual projects managed is, generally, up to $4 million.Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.Complete other duties as assigned.
 QualificationsAssociate degree in related construction field requiredBachelor’s degree in engineering or related construction field, or three years’ experience in development and project management related field including large format retail preferredIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsAbility to prioritize project specific tasks while instilling a sense of
urgency with the external and internal team participantsAbility to multitask and manage multiple projectsStrong written and verbal communication and presentation skillsStrong attention to detailEffective problem solving and situation analysis skillsStrong organizational and follow-up skillsAbility to respond to governing agency decisions and propose
resolutions that meet government requirements and company
