Collaborating with senior practice leadership, identifies opportunities for practice and program and enhanced service delivery. Responsible for managing, planning, and coordinating activities of numerous projects across various venues to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Develops and oversees detailed project plans to track progress, regularly communicates status to leadership, and escalates to management as needed. Establishes and updates communication across various venues, engaging appropriate resources and parties to achieve business or project objectives as well as annual goals and objectives. Represents the practice in various system wide initiatives. May have in depth operational knowledge of and oversight responsibility for select program(s) (HGN) and its staff. Executes and documents cost benefit analysis and justification findings.

Tracks project progress against milestones and deadlines and regularly reports to senior ma Monitors the project life cycle from identifying, planning, scoping, design, execution, and closure.
Assists with selection, negotiation, and other related activities with respect to external vendors or consultants.
Interfaces with various entities on behalf of senior leadership to expedite project flow.
Maintains and distributes documentation and communicates with team members on tasks and timelines.
Suggests and/or drives process improvement strategies for better project execution.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
