TPMs Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams: Product, project, infrastructure, developers, senior management. • Deliver comprehensive solutions: Plan, track, manage, and deliver projects while mitigating risks and resolving bottlenecks. • Maintain transparency: Track tickets, codebase delivery, reporting, and communication across stakeholders. • Manage expectations: Proactively engage with all stakeholders and manage delivery expectations. • Implement Agile methodologies: Drive smooth sprint cycles and utilize tools like Jira and Confluence. • Technical expertise: Understand design, architecture, testing methodologies, operational tools, and open-source frameworks. Required skills: • 8+ years in technical product management. • Strong project management skills. • Excellent communication with both technical and business audiences. • Agile methodology expertise. • Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence (preferred). Program Management skills: • Agile mastery with understanding of Scrum ceremonies. • User story management, risk management, escalation resolution, task prioritization. • Data-driven insights from project management tools. • Process improvement (tracking, incident management, automation). Stakeholder Management: • Internal and external reporting. • Conflict resolution between product and engineering teams. • Strong communication skills.
