Role Overview:
Are you ready to make an impact? We're looking for a dynamic mid-level Project Manager to be the primary contact for multiple service project initiatives. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Product Engineering, and Implementation, to manage project processes from initiation to closure. You'll define and monitor project scope, schedule, and resources, organize and facilitate project meetings, and develop detailed project plans. Your ability to inspire and motivate team members, foster a collaborative work environment, and ensure transparent communication will be crucial. You'll also measure project performance, document important actions, provide mentorship, perform risk management, and maintain project documentation. Responsibilities:
Collaborate
Work closely with cross-functional teams that include but not limited to Product Management, Product Engineering, Implementation teams to manage the project process, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure. Define and monitor project scope, schedule, and resources by engaging with all stakeholders. Organize, schedule, and facilitate project meetings to ensure team alignment and progress.Inspire

Perform risk management to minimize project and process risks, ensuring smooth project execution. Monitor, track, and communicate the progress of project tasks and milestones to keep the project on track. Maintain project documentation to ensure all project information is accurate and accessible. Report and escalate to management as needed to address any issues promptly. Deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations, making a significant impact on customer satisfaction.Desired Skills:
Detail-oriented with strong organization, multi-tasking, and tracking skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including an awareness of change management principles. Intermediate skill set in Microsoft Office, including high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project). Positive and team-oriented attitude and approach to getting work done. Ability to develop strong relationships with team members. Solid, independent worker capable of managing several similar project tasks simultaneously.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree 3 years of project management experience Healthcare Industry ExperiencePreferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of the 340B, PBM industry, or pharmacy operations Certifications: CAPM, PMP, CSM
