The Project Manager I is a hybrid remote position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.
The Project Manager I designs, estimates, develops, documents, and coordinates the implementation of one or more projects/solutions in one business area that satisfy the business requirements of aligned application development requests within the allocated time and budget. They ensure that all aspects of a project plan are followed and documented.

Manage multiple tasks associated with one or more projects.Write detailed specifications for multiple applications within at least one business area.Consult with users to ensure the following: McLane methodology is followed, requirements and design deliverables match the design specifications, test plans fit the requirements and test results correspond to test plans.Develop and test solutions using the McLane development tools and meet the McLane standards.Create implementation documentation; coordinate the implementation and post-implementation activities.Coordinate and validate the system-testing process and the user acceptance testing process.This position has additional duties. Special projects may be assigned at the position supervisor's discretion.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
