Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with project management best practices. Technical Management: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless project execution. Drive technical discussions and provide insights to resolve roadblocks. Ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices. People Management: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams. Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure resource optimization. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide feedback. Stakeholder & Communication Management: Engage with clients, senior management, and internal teams for project updates. Provide clear and concise reports on project progress and challenges. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8 to 15 years of experience in project management. Strong experience in technical and people management. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. Experience in budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
