The Project Manager’s role is to provide project management and leadership of assigned projects that may be complex and reside within multiple functional areas or may cross multiple Catalent sites in coordination with business development, operations, and quality assurance to ensure the highest level of client service. This position is a full-time hybrid position on 1st shift M-F 8AM-5PM with ~50% of working hours on site at our Madison, WI facility. Catalent is committed to a Patient First culture through excellence in quality and compliance, and to the safety of every patient, consumer and Catalent employee. **The Role:** • Leads and builds multi-disciplinary project teams, comprising representatives from relevant functions and in some cases cross-functional, multi-site activities for complex projects • Manages the execution of the customer’s requirements in accordance with an agreed upon program of activities to achieve established goals and deliverables • Compiles and maintains up to date project plans, identifies and captures new scope via proposals or change orders • Ensures that key milestones in agreement with internal/external customer are achieved and good communication is maintained • Tracks progress of all activities against plan and notifies the relevant personnel of changes, potential delays and/or issues • Engrained in kick off and methodical approach to managing project throughout duration of project scope; understands escalation pathway and when necessary has ability to mitigate; demonstrates ability to facilitate risk assessment • Other duties as assigned **The Candidate:** • Bachelor of Science required preferably in a scientific discipline. • 2+ years experience in project management or relevant pharmaceutical industry experience • Ability to use Excel, Word, and other office systems; well organized with ability to multitask • Ability to peer review data to ensure data is well organized with complete documentation; ability to follow and provide a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form; uses existing procedures to solve routine and non-routine problems. • Ability to identify aberrant data and potential quality/compliance concerns escalating to management; mathematical reasoning ability. • Detail oriented with ability to work effectively under high pressure with multiple deadlines; strong ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment; Ability to collaborate with peers and demonstrate leadership capabilities in a matrix environment. • Safety and Environmental Requirements: frequent sitting, standing, walking, reading of written documents and use of computer monitor screen, reaching with hands and arms, talking, writing, listening; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, carrying, grasping; frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. **Why you should join Catalent:** • Defined career path and annual performance review and feedback process • Potential for career growth on an expanding team within an organization dedicated to preserving and bettering lives • Dynamic, fast-paced work environment • Generous 401K match and Paid Time Off accrual • Medical, dental and vision benefits effective day one of employment • Tuition Reimbursement • Wellhub program to promote overall physical wellness • Perkspot - offers exclusive or private discounts from approximately 900+ merchants in a wide array of categories **Catalent offers rewarding opportunities to further your career!** Join the global drug development and delivery leader and help us bring over 7,000 life-saving and life-enhancing products to patients around the world.
