Responsibilities:
Your immediate duties will include management tasks on existing A-29 aircraft programs that provide agile sustainment engineering to customers in the United States and abroad.You will enable ongoing mission success through support to Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) activities.It will be your responsibility to monitor and achieve key program milestones, and report program status and health.You will be a key player on a team of subject matter experts contributing to program execution and new business pursuits.Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldMinimum 2+ years of experience in project management and/or in a related or technical field, internships not included in total years of experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management softwareDemonstrated experience in managing a project.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills & capability to meet schedulesStrong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsThe ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is requiredQualifications We Prefer:
Program Management Professional (PMP) CertificationBasic understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), or similar toolExperience with developing budgets and managing projects to those budgets.Experience managing project scope and scope creep during project executionExperience in resource planning and management during project executionExperience with risk management planning and documentationFamiliarity with government contracting and regulationsAbility to obtain and maintain a security clearanceEstimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
