We specialize in providing home and community-based services that support individuals with disabilities and older adults so they can remain in their homes and communities.

The Project Manager II has extensive project management experience and a proven record of successful project completion. This position works with different departments, with competing priorities, to create and manage projects to successful conclusions.

A successful candidate will:

Manage large and complex project planning and execution for departmental and/or enterprise-wide initiatives Manage projects for software development, new contracts, data integrations, new business processes, data conversions, network infrastructure, and more Define requirements, systems analysis, development of project plan and approach, and execute those plans Communicate project status, goals, timelines, change, issue, and risk management to project teams and impact holders Work closely with business operations and technical departments to deliver successful outcomes Provide support to various departments as needed Manage vendor relationships as required Other duties as needed

Desired Qualifications:

4-6+ years of project management experience Strong leadership and managerial skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Project Management Professional (PMP) required Experience with payroll or medical billing systems a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet the job requirements.

The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
