Project Manager II
Dana-Farber Cancer Institute
The Research Informatics Operations (RIO) team is looking for a seasoned project manager to support the information system needs of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) research community. This position will focus on projects in the Basic Research and Reseaerch Administration domain and work closely with Dana-Farber research stakeholders and functional leaders within I&A to identify, prioritize, and address the research informatics needs of DFCI.

+ Develop and refine project plans, success metrics, key stakeholders, timelines, resource needs, and potential obstacles for each project. Utilize standard project management tools and summary documents to track and communicate status of projects.
+ Organize and facilitate project teams and expert panels, including clinical and IT/technical members..
+ Collect, organize, and summarize materials for presentations. Prepare project reports for internal and external audiences, including status updates and reports for funding agencies. Present project data, analyses, and updates to key stakeholder groups.
**MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ High School Diploma; BA or BS, MA or equivalent work experience expected
+ 2-5 years experience. Prior supervisory experience a plus
+ Demonstrated project management skills and experience
+ Experience with health information technology
+ Experience in managing and implementing change
