Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background, excellent people management skills, and a proactive attitude. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven ability to handle complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Management: Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Define project objectives, milestones, and deliverables. Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution proactively. Track project progress and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders. 2. Technical Management: Work closely with technical teams to define and oversee project architecture and implementation. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and technical documentation. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive technical excellence. 3. People Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams for optimal performance. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure smooth communication. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT/Software industry. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Experience in handling technical teams and software development projects. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
