Project Manager III

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with prior experience leading military aviation training at a unit or schoolhouse level to support service offerings with significant growth potential.  This position will be based at our Grand Forks, ND facility.

This position reports to a Senior Program Manager and is responsible for the planning, institution, and management of newly created global training projects across domestic and international MQ-9 customers. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the development and delivery of training programs for customer aircrew and maintenance personnelDevelop business plans to establish training services as a profitable GA-ASI business areaLead all phases of assigned program(s) from initiation through delivery.Responsible for program(s) which represent new growth potential.Applies established technologies using standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques to provide solutions to a variety of technical and business problems.Typically accomplishes objectives through matrixed support managers.Responsible for decisions that could impact outcomes where erroneous decisions could cause serious schedule delays and expenditure of additional time and resources.Combines and reports execution metrics and data in support of program and account managers.We recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.
