Project Manager III

Summary:  As a Project Manager, you will be the linchpin of project success, steering complex projects from conception to completion. Your strategic vision will guide multidisciplinary teams through the intricacies of project execution, ensuring that each milestone is met with precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring that each phase aligns with the overarching business goals and objectives for simple and complex projectsTeam Leadership: Cultivate a dynamic team environment, providing mentorship and support to project members, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as applications, engineering, procurement, purchasing, manufacturing and field serviceClient Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering regular updates and nurturing a relationship built on transparency and trustResource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, ensuring that projects are delivered within budgetary constraints and timelinesRisk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate impact on project deliveryQuality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality, adhering to industry best practices and ensuring deliverables meet client expectationsProcess Improvement: Contribute to the refinement of project management processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organizationSupport: project report outs through presentations, effective project management tools such as project schedule, excel, meeting minutes and RAIL

Required Skills/Abilities:

Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in project management software and toolsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferredPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred5-7 years of project management experience with a university degree or an advanced degree and progressive experience

Travel Requirement:

Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time to meet project requirements and team coordination needs.
