About The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will focus on delivery of HR and Financial Solutions (HRFS) globally. Your responsibilities will include planning and coordinating all aspects of internal projects that leverage information system changes to deliver strategic benefits to the business. Projects typically comprise multiple Robert Half groups and possible vendors involving network, hardware, or software implementation and upgrade, concurrently and/or sequentially. Develop project plans and coordinate all project implementation processes including project chartering, resource allocation, progress tracking, issue management, risk management, budget analysis, change control, testing, documentation, training, and production deployment within budget and schedule constraints. Projects vary in number, size, and complexity. This project manager will help create processes for projects in the multimillion realm for application delivery across the organization globally for Corporate Accounting, Field Service Centers, Payroll, HR, and other teams.

The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

The amount of Choice Time Off (CTO) our people receive varies based on their years of service and is pro-rated based on the hours worked per week. A new hire earns up to 17 days of CTO per calendar year. Our people also receive up to 11 paid holidays per calendar year. We also offer the opportunity to contribute to our company 401(k) savings and investment plan or deferred compensation plan (if eligible), with an employer match of 100% on the first 3% of your contributions for eligible employees.
