About The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will focus on delivery of HR and Financial Solutions (HRFS) globally. Your responsibilities will include planning and coordinating all aspects of internal projects that leverage information system changes to deliver strategic benefits to the business. Projects typically comprise multiple Robert Half groups and possible vendors involving network, hardware, or software implementation and upgrade, concurrently and/or sequentially. Develop project plans and coordinate all project implementation processes including project chartering, resource allocation, progress tracking, issue management, risk management, budget analysis, change control, testing, documentation, training, and production deployment within budget and schedule constraints. Projects vary in number, size, and complexity. This project manager will help create processes for projects in the multimillion realm for application delivery across the organization globally for Corporate Accounting, Field Service Centers, Payroll, HR, and other teams. 


What You'll Do:

Build and Manage PlansProjects typically are enterprise-level; comprise multiple functional and technical projects and deliver transformational strategic business benefit; may span multiple yearsProactively define and coordinate work priorities across multiple projects and teamsFacilitate and control changes to project benefits, schedule, and costWork with PMs assigned to project to adjust plans as needed to ensure successful deliveryLeverage the project governance model to influence decision-making and minimize risk to the projectIdentify and implement key leverage points within the project to effect positive changePartner with cross functional teams and business leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing ATI HRFS to achieve the goals of the enterprise projectMentor other PMs on project/project managementManage and support PM relationship with technical, business, vendor, and other teamsUtilize knowledge of company culture, history, and lessons-learned to optimize project executionUnderstand, document, and measure the business benefits to be delivered by the projectLead and coordinate project planning and management among PM team membersDocument and publish meeting minutes, key decisions, and action itemsIdentify, analyze, and escalate resourcing issues to manager as appropriateIdentify, analyze, escalate, and facilitate resolution of issues affecting benefits delivery, schedule or cost appropriatelyProactively tailor and implement standard communications mechanisms that meet stakeholders' needs 


What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; MBA or other advanced degree preferred5+ years project management experience with significant responsibility progression1+ years team leadership experienceAdvanced to expert proficiency with project management methodologies including planning and scheduling, budget tracking, risk, issue, and change management, critical path analysis, and earned value analysisStrong knowledge of MS Project or Smartsheet, Visio, and ExcelUnderstanding of SCRUM and Agile practices. Experience with SAFe scrum practices a plusAbility to lead, coordinate, and collaborate with technical teamsStrong work ethic and self-disciplineAbility to prioritize and focus effort and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skillsExcellent business writing skills and change management skillsAdvanced ability to manage and coach othersStrong ability to influence others and present ideas persuasivelyAbility to interact effectively with senior-level audiencesStrong stakeholder management skills, including conflict resolutionExcellent leadership and negotiation skillsAbility to provide effective training and performance feedback

The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

$107,000.00 - $162,000.00
