Job Summary:

The PMO - Project Management Office and Project Manager apply standard methodologies for the Hydrocarbon & Fiscal System, Analytical Gas & Liquid Systems, and Blending & Transfer projects. MSS PMO implemented practices based on global project offices' experience to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality in project delivery for customer value.

 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects mainly for Analyzer & Metering Package Implementing a globally recognized Project Management structure to all phases of the Project life cycle Managing project risks through the documentation and mitigation plans Providing tools and templates that support a common look and feel to the customer Scaling Project Management requirements to support the most efficient Project execution for the customer Facilitating the training of Project Management resources while addressing continuous improvement feedback Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Crafting project scopes and objectives, engaging all key collaborators and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Manage relationships with clients and all collaborators Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

 

 

Who You Are:

We are looking for a project manager to be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.

Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. you also need to be a great teammate and have strong problem-solving skills.

 

For This Role, You Will Need:

Engineering or a related field. A valid engineering license Min. 5 years of proven experience in project management for international projects Great educational background, preferably in the fields of chemical engineering or Instrument engineering for Analyzers and Metering System as a technical project manager Proven working experience as a project administrator in the industrial automation business Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in Plant Industry and Instrument and measurement technologies Excellent presentation skills in client-facing and internal interactions Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Solid working understanding of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
