Job Summary

 

Build upon Innovation Culture project from 2024’s Internship Program. This project will focus on phase two, Prepare, which will be building the foundation  and strategies for the program.

 

Job Responsibilities

Budget analysis and planning. Project Planning and documentation. Risk management. Stakeholder Engagement/ Strategy. Connection and Net.work Engagement with External Teams. Strategic development of services/ products. Network and communicate with various departments and personnel to Research and collect information from the market for low carbon concrete product solution. Support the HR, Corporate Communication, and Innovation team as needed for projects. Assist in preparation of project documents. Gather feedback/ VOC from Oldcastle Infrastructure locations for improvement. Perform KPI assessments to track engagement across organization.

 

Job Requirements

 

Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Must be interested in project management. The ideal candidate is either pursuing or has a degree in relation to the sciences, HR, or project management. Other degrees are acceptable as project management is all encompassing. Agile learning, HR experience or water experience is preferred but not mandatory.
