The Project Manager will be responsible for the Company including providing services in a safe, efficient, and professional manner that meet the schedules and cost projections for each project so that the Company will perform under the optimum conditions of productivity, cost effectiveness, safety, and ease of operation. This position requires strong technical knowledge skills, and the ability to effectively train and guide employees through new automation processes.

Key Responsibilies:
+ Provide automation support and training for branch employees
+ Stay informed on emerging technologies to improve efficiency and operations.
+ Manager Turnarounds, Projects, and Outage Proposals at Dow Freeport, BASF Freeport, Tenaris Bay City, and other serviced facilities.
+ Oversee the transition from StoneAge 2L to the Dura-Flex Application using CTCS, including proper setup and troubleshooting training
+ Plan operations to optimize facility efficiency, operation work force utilization, materials, supplies, equipment, and tools, including tracking productivity for labor and material costs.
+ Analyze and control operational expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
+ Ensure that all inspections (e.g. CVIP, Tank, Picker) are performed by due states in order to comply with Company requirements and policies.
+ Ensure compliance to job specifications, including seeing that immediate corrective action is taken.
+ Ensure that the quality of work meets or exceeds established company guidelines.
+ Make job assignments and provide guidance and supervision to all employees assigned to the project.
+ Assure that everyone assigned to a job is properly trained and equipped, and ensure materials and supplies needed to do the job are ready and available, including implementing and maintaining a level of cross training so effective functional backups can guarantee continuous service operation at all times.
+ Responsible for the teamwork and active cooperation among the operators, laborers and shop personnel, and with other employees of the company.
+ Seek out input from employees and make recommendations to the branch management for improvements to machinery, equipment, and job site processes.
+ Establish, maintain, and enforce a preventative maintenance program for all assigned machinery and equipment, including keeping machinery, equipment, and work areas clean, safe, and well maintained.
+ Ensure a discrimination free environment anywhere in the company regarding sex, race, creed, age and religion.
+ Provide input and feedback to branch management on bids before submission to the client.
+ Monitor branch spending on equipment maintenance.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
+ High School Diploma + specialized training or 1 year college (general studies).
+ 5-7 years of experience.
+ Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities/Competencies:
+ Analytical
+ Ability to supervise, direct and train.
+ Strong ability to reason.
+ Ability to communicate clearly both orally and written.
+ Ability to work with budgets and P and L statements.
+ Comparable industrial cleaning environment
+ Must be thoroughly familiar with all properties of the equipment as well as all phases of clean-up projects.Physical Requirements:
+ The Project Manager must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job, absent undue hardship. + Medium Work: 50lbs. maximum lifting with frequent lifting/carrying of up to 25 lbs. Frequent standing with occasionally pushing and pulling. Standing 4-6 hours.
+ Clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (i.e., working with small objects or reading small print). including use of computers.
+ Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. This is not just the ability to see a person or object, but the ability to recognize features as well.
+ Observing an area that can be seen up and down or to right or left while eyes are fixed on a given point.
+ The ability to see various colors that may be necessary to safety perform duties.
+ The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds (e.g., machinery alarms, other vehicles or alarms). Assistive devices can be utilized to correct hearing. Ability to communicate via telephone.
+ Requires stooping, kneeling and crouching, climbing, etc.
+ May lift up to 50 lbs.
+ While performing duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to hear and talk on the phone, and use a computer.
