Responsible for managing projects that are diverse and complexCoordinate project planning, execution, timing, quality and costsProvide support to IT PMO Project Managers as needed, this would include managing the project plan to make sure work is on budget and on scheduleTrack deliverables, identify risks, put risk mitigation planManages efforts to coordinate cross functionally to estimate project scope, tasks and costManages efforts to coordinate and support project delivery within committed budget, schedule and qualityIdentify and communicate risks and mitigation plans in collaboration with stakeholdersCoordinate effectively across multiple workgroups to plan for resources and resource assignmentsManage project plans in a complex, dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements, tracking impact to budget and scheduleCommunicate accomplishments, and forecast budgets
