Position Summary
The role of the Project Manager - IT Infrastructure and Security is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The IT Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Duties and Responsibilities
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersSet and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholdersPlan, track, and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate toolsEstimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goalsDraft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessaryDevelop, direct and manage project development from beginning to endIdentify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project teamSkills and Experience
1+ years’ direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution3+ years' experience working in IT infrastructure fieldStrong familiarity with project management software, such as Asana, Jira, WrikeCompetent and proficient understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, Time and Attendance.Technically competent with various software programs, such as Excel, Work, Lucid ChartStrong use of project planning and management tools (MS office: Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint along with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Graphs, etc.)Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentEducational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field of study or project management
Project Management training
