About This Opportunity The Retail Solutions team fuels the growth of InComm prepaid and payments business by expanding the InComm Payments Retail footprint/distribution network, as well as through increasing the number and type or product partners able to transact through InComm Payments platforms. Each Retail Solutions Project Manager plays a key role in facilitating this growth, by consulting with prospective and current partners, and managing implementation projects from inception through delivery, enabling new Retail partners and Product partners to conduct commerce through InComm Payments systems. The ideal Project Manager II candidate is highly motivated, passionate, and a quick study with excellent collaboration, teambuilding & negotiation skills, able to quickly establish credibility with business and IT leadership. This position is based at Global InComm Payments Headquarters in Atlanta. Responsibilities Manages small to large standard/custom scale projects. Play a leading role in collaboration across multiple business and technical groups to plan and execute project goals Drives planning activities of the project and creates a project plan/schedule Set direction for all resources at a project level Supervises and drive project tasks to successful completion Demonstrates understanding of project objectives and deliverables by participating in project discussions and decision-making meetings Identify and secure project resources; coordinate their activities with the aim of achieving project goals. Responsible for the flow of project information from the Project Sponsor to the team Facilitates and drives discussions that help define rules that will govern the execution of the project. Create and maintain all project management documentation including but not limited to: Project weekly status report, action item log, risk log, meeting minutes, communication plan, lessons learned and closeout document Ensure client satisfaction through proactive escalation of issues with the potential to impact project delivery and providing clear, concise, and consistent communication throughout the project duration. Facilitate effective communication between project team members and stakeholders through the project life cycle. Frequent monitoring of project schedules and related tasks execution to ensure it’s tracking to plan and taking proactive steps to address risks to successful and timely project completion. Modify project schedules/plans to align with project changes Utilize scheduling tool to manage resource time by allocating, reviewing and accepting, and publishing time on a weekly basis Ensure operational support of application/customer is in place before project closure Obtain acceptance of project deliverables before closure Troubleshoot problems that come up during the project implementation phase Substantial technical knowledge of InComm systems, capabilities, limitations, and associated processes Collaborate with Sales to set prioritization for project funnel Serves as a Lead, providing training and support when needed to junior level Project Managers Qualifications Minimum 7 years experience working in Project Management and/or Business Analysis in a relevant industry (e.g., software development, IT infrastructure, IT operations) Minimum 7 years experience with Project Management tools (MS Project, Project Online, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence) Ability to read, understand, and explain the content of application logs to assist in troubleshooting failures during the implementation of projects Excellent skills with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Knowledge of technology Implementations/system integrations, Prepaid transaction processing and Retail Point of Sale integrations and systems Substantial understanding of Change and Release Management processes Substantial knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of Point Of Sale/distribution channel systems (including e-commerce, mobile, and digital delivery methods) General knowledge of Prepaid transaction processing of physical and digital gift cards, as well as payment processing Understanding of information security, data encryption, compliance requirements (e.g., PCI, HIPAA) as relating to retail transaction processing Basic understanding of networking topologies and impacts on implementation options Strong business acumen relative to Retail business drivers Substantial understanding of Retailer and Processor interface specifications, able to act as a consultant/subject matter expert during the management of assigned integration projects Ability to clearly communicate complex and technical topics/requirements to Business team members. Self Directed and Decisive Ability to influence others to achieve project objectives Adaptability/flexibility Excellent time management and prioritization skills Strong written and oral communication skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to learn, retain, and apply complex technical information associated with the implementation project.
