Project Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.The work model for the role is: onsiteThis role is contributing to the Project management team in Brno Heršpická.You will be mainly accountable for:• \tProject management aimed to profitability, on-time dleivery and technical solutions• \tTechnical clarification of documents with the customer and support in the design of solutions - communication mainly in English• \tReaction to changes from the customer during the project and the application of additional costs• \tMonitoring and evaluating the economy of orders• \tCommunication with customers in the commercial and technical area• \tCommunication across the project team (construction, projection, production, etc.)

Qualifications for the role

\tSecondary school/university education in a technical or economic direction \tExperience with project management is an advantage \tUser knowledge of MS Office \tKnowledge of the English language at a communicative level \tGood organizational and planning skills \tCustomer orientation \tActivity, independence, willingness to travel \tRequired Czech or Slovak language
