As the Project Manager Lead - Tech, you'll spearhead the development and enhancement of Quality Assurance Process Controls across all new product launches and existing production lines. Collaborating closely with factory leaders and teams, you'll ensure that quality is not just an afterthought, but a key part of our manufacturing processes. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining top-tier quality standards while constantly pushing for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities Coordinate local Manufacturing APQP efforts on assigned product launchesEstablish quality objectivesReview concepts and evaluate for quality and influence design changes if neededEvaluate processes to ensure a quality product is produced
Influence other groups to make sure the process meets quality standardsPrepare and present quality readiness to senior leaders on a month basisReview the PFMEA draft and lead the development and updating of theSite PFMEA and Control PlanAnalyze process data to establish capability using statistical analysis.Lead cross-functional teams in preventive and corrective action activitiesFacilitate continuous improvement to PFMEAs and error proofing Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 5 years of technical project/program management experience

Master’s degreeAt least 3 years of technical project/program management experience

OR
