As a project manager learning solutions, you will contribute to developing highly capable and future-ready people and teams to enable ASML’s business performance and growth. You will play a key role in delivering effective solutions to bridge learning gaps within ASML’s Finance organization.
Role and responsibilitiesYou will be part of the central Finance Transformation Office, which is responsible for enabling the successful delivery of the Finance Strategy 2030. Finance Capability Development is one of the sub teams from the Finance Transformation Office. You will report to the Head of Finance Capability Development, and work in close collaboration with other project managers, learning specialists and Finance team members.
In this role, you will:
Contribute to the Finance capability development roadmap Lead learning solution initiatives and manage learning projects for Finance; this includes defining project scope, setting clear objectives, and crafting comprehensive business cases that ensure alignment with learning objectives Handle resource and risk management: Manage the triple constraint (scope, time, and cost) while continuously monitoring project progress. Proactively identify project dependencies and risks, developing effective strategies to mitigate risks and ensure successful project delivery Drive stakeholder engagement and relationship building: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across Finance, Learning and beyond, ensuring effective collaboration in driving project delivery. Engage stakeholders at various levels, fostering trust and buy-in while providing constructive challenges to enhance project outcomesEnsure team development and support: Foster an inclusive and positive team environment that promotes open communication and collaborationEducation and experienceBachelor's or Master's degree in a related field Experience in a corporate business environment Experience and proven track record in leading cross-competence, complex projects 8+ years of project management experience in an international, dynamic environment (e.g., high-tech) Didactic and/or pedagogic background is a pre Preferably familiar with Finance knowledge and skills Experience with change management or communications is a pre SkillsYour ability to lead, motivate, drive and influence others at all levels in the organization will be key to succeed in the role of project manager learning solutions.
