Project Manager (Life Sciences)

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Product Management for Life Sciences and Healthcare in Barcelona.

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of project delivery, ensuring that project objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.

You’ll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, manages resources, and mitigates risks to achieve successful project outcomes.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

5+ Years' experience as Project ManagerBachelor degree or higher or equivalent experienceExperience in working closely with Global customers with teams in multiple locations through online meetings.Experience leading customer discussions to walk through kickoff, requirements, testing, go-live, hyper care and provide solutions to customer problem. You have relevant project experience, working with project management, engineering and quality assurance.Driving the project to completion with a customer focus approachScheduling resources across multiple projects to insure projects finish on time and we delight customers.Experience with Microsoft Project or similar software for planning projects

It would be great if you also have

Experience working in the life Science industry, project managing internal teams and working with customers including their project team s related to pharmacovigilance or related area.Detail oriented and desire to deliver solutions to customers on-time and with customer satisfaction in the field of pharmacovigilance for Relevant experience working in a GxP or related environment with SOPs, change control and work instructions. Professional experience working with or supporting commercial software products.Ability to manage several complex tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.Ability to plan and execute creative solutions to complex challenges, including advising on best practice approach.Create clear presentations and communications to a given audience, i.e. management, peers, and external customers.

What will you be doing in this role?

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies. Coordinate activities of your own team of colleagues including implementation consultants, quality assurance, data migration engineers, and compliance.Define project scope, develop project plans, and oversee project execution. Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are clearly understood. Monitor and report project progress, and resource management. Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues, working with management and project owners as needed Coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time. Lead regular project status meetings and ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date. Manage customer and vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets as necessary for project success.

Hours or Work

This is a permanent full-time position at 40 hours a week (35 hours during July and August). The position is hybrid going to our office in Barcelona (next to Sagrada Familia) 2-3 times per week.
