Andretti Indoor Karting and Games is looking for a Project Manager (Low Voltage Audio Visual) to join our team The Project Manager – LVAV is responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of low voltage audio-visual (LVAV) projects across our family entertainment venues. This role ensures all AV, networking, and integrated systems are designed, installed, and maintained to enhance guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AV technology, project management, and vendor coordination to deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget projects. This position will focus on 3-5 new store openings a year but will also have some projects on existing stores.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and implementation of LVAV projects across multiple locations. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to align project requirements with business needs. Ensure all AV systems (sound, video walls, projection, lighting, digital signage) are installed and function as intended. Oversee low-voltage wiring and infrastructure design, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve AV and network-related issues during and after installation. Maintain documentation, including blueprints, system configurations, and maintenance records. Evaluate new AV technologies to enhance guest experiences and recommend system improvements. Train internal teams on AV system operations and best practices. Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Strong knowledge of AV systems, low-voltage wiring, networking, and control systems. Proficiency with AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX), digital signage, and audio processing software. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Exceptional project management skills, including budget management and scheduling. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Willingness to travel to multiple locations as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in AV technology (CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I) or PMP certification. Experience with automation systems, lighting control, and networking protocols. Familiarity with structured cabling and IT infrastructure. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in various environments, including construction sites and finished venues. Occasional evening and weekend work as required by project deadlines.
