As our Energy and Utility Business Unit continues to grow, we are in need for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing vibrant team based in Queensland

THE ROLE

•    Review and Analyse Work Processes – Assess current planning, workflows, systems, resource allocation, and field operations to identify efficiencies and gaps.
•    Data Collection and Performance Analysis – Gather data on asset management, maintenance completion rates, work order backlog, staffing structure, and workload distribution.
•    Stakeholder Engagement and Workshops – Facilitate discussions with the Logan WSD team to explore internal improvement ideas, alternative approaches, and industry best practices.
•    Identify and Propose Improvements – Develop recommendations for optimizing maintenance activities, including system upgrades, process enhancements, training, and workforce planning.
•    Develop Business Case and Cost Estimates – Prepare a proposal with projected efficiency gains, cost estimates, and a roadmap for implementation to support Logan Water’s investment decisions.

ABOUT YOU

 
•    Previous team management and leadership experience 
•    Demonstrated commercial acumen and awareness, with an emphasis working collaboratively and building strong relationships within the Water Services team and across the wider Downer group.
•    Proven leadership skills, coaching and mentoring of teams to drive success. 
•    Being accountable and inspiration others to be accountable for one's own actions
