Project Manager - Major Resource Project

Our Engineering Construction division is experiencing rapid growth and has a strong pipeline of upcoming projects. We are looking for experienced Project Managers (Structural, Mechanical, Piping or Electrical/Instrumentation) to join our team and play a key role in the successful tender, initial award, and delivery of our next large scale project.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead an effective construction, engineering, project services and support team to deliver a culture of excellence in HSSE, quality, productivity, performance and innovation to successfully deliver the projectManage project commercials, budgets/construction metrics, forecasting and change managementFoster strong relationships with internal and external customers to ensure contractual requirements are metEffectively manage and provide leadership to the project teamLead from the front in promoting an innovative cultureSet and achieve excellent safety performance through driving operational safety awareness and interventionWhat you’ll bring:
A customer-centric mindset and strong value of safetyProven site-based Project Management experience executing major multi-disciplinary (SMP E&I) $100M+ resource construction contracts for a Tier 1 contractorExperience managing large scale multi-disciplinary workforces. An background in Electrical will be highly regardedTertiary or Trade qualifications in a relevant disciplineProven leadership capabilities in building, developing and leading a cohesive and high-performance teamAn innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methodsWell-developed written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively prepare correspondence, reports and instructionsSound knowledge working to AS/NZ ISO: 9001 Quality StandardsLife at Monadelphous
