Job description

Infosys is seeking a Maximo Project Manager. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications :

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Preferred Qualification :At least 7 years of experience in IT industry and major part of the experience should be as Project Manager position in Maximo implementation projectsExperience in Maximo Asset ManagementExperience in Leading team of Maximo technical team in Design, Build and TestingExperience in understanding tools like Jira, HPQC, Project ManagementExperience in Leading the project on end to end Maximo upgrade to new implementations to rollouts.Experience in knowledge of GithubExperience in Work closely with different stakeholders and portfolio leads, business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statementsExperience in Daily/Weekly reporting of status and execution metrics highlighting risk/issues/blockers with mitigation planExperience in Works together with various vendor partners for the template design considering best practices, high usage of standard functionality, repeatability with efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.
