ROLE SUMMARY
The Project Manager - Engineer is responsible for managing the overall project execution of Mechanical,Electrial and Plumbing (MEP) projects assigned including project planning, execution, monitoring and control in line with set plans and budget. The role holder is also responsible for acquiring resources, coordinating efforts of team members and consultants to deliver projects according to the plan.

ROLE PROFILE

Provide technical inputs to support identification of potential new projects which can be undertaken by the organizationDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) installations.Prepare and implement review and quality assurance procedures to ensure profitable and successful execution of various projects.Develop and manage project budgets and cost estimates.Perform project risk assessment to identify potential risk throughout the whole project cycle, categorize the risk with impact analysis and make recommendations on risk response.Track milestones and timelines across projects and institute necessary work flow, personnel and financial resource allocations, making alterations when necessary to meet project expectations.Propose/Evaluate new procedures, technologies and specifications for the improvement of Cost – Quality – Time relationship in projects.Coordinate with all internal departments for the complete execution of the projects from inception to completion.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or a related field10-15 years of experience in Mechanical,Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) construction, with +5 years in Project ManagementProject Management professionals (PMP) / Professional Program in Project Management (PRMG) is preferableLeadership & Team ManagementBudgeting, Cost control and contract management experienceLeadership & Team Management
