For our team in Cologne-Gremberghoven, we are looking for a Project Manager Media, Event Technology & Permanent Installation (m/f/d).

Your role will involve planning and executing events, comparing offers, preparing cost calculations, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring smooth on-site operations.

 In this role, you will manage the following tasks:

Plan and execute events and productions, considering technical, creative, and economic aspects Compare offers, prepare cost calculations and offers, and develop schedules and production plans Provide on-site customer service, operate technical equipment Gather information and data for project estimates on costs, resources, and time Reconcile project requirements and perform calculations Process data and generate standard reports and updates to support project teams Ensure compliance with established procedures and proper usage of project management processes and tools

Our perfect match:

Extensive experience in a similar role, focussing on video conferences, livestreams, trade fairs, and events.  Very good knowledge of CAD programs, Protonic - EasyJob, and Adobe Creative Suite  Familiarity with CISCO & Poly Products  Extensive experience in lighting, sound, video, projection, presentation, and stage technology Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams and partners. Experience in video conferences, livestreams, trade fairs, and events. Very good English and German language skills. German speakers will be given preference due to the nature of our projects and client interactions.
