Project Manager – Memphis, TN
This is an exempt-level position.
Responsibilities:Partner with the business areas and (key) shareholders to manage expectations of the project outcome as well as to receive consensus for project implementations while leading a team of engineers to execute various project initiativesDefine project scope and plans for delivery for projects according to the roles & responsibility matrix and execute the project, including costing and implementation according to the FEL guidelines.Monitoring of project results including budget and quality.Assuring regular project reporting to partnersKeeping track and communicating change orders.Advising stakeholders when contingency needs to be usedEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal legislation, regulatory requirements, and ADM policies (i.e., IPPC permits, safety legislation, HACCP, GMP, HAZOP, and TPS policy).Supporting and driving contractor safety.Assure that the safety and reliability of existing equipment is maintained during project implementationProject reporting in WAVE and Maximo.Coordinate the development of all necessary documentation for commissioning, training, and maintenance and maintain all records as required by legislation and policies.Coordinate and provide direction to contractors.Work together with the procurement team on project needs, as well as with the accounting team on budget and expenditureSetting up project structure and project steering committee according to project governance guidelines.Closing out projects according to FEL5 requirementsQualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field, preferably in combination with project management engineeringPMI certification preferredExperience with moderate and high-complexity projectsAbility to work with EPCM companiesExecution of multi-year projects experienceExpert knowledge of the ADM AFE Policy and CAPEX SharePoint is helpfulAdditional Skills:Knowledge of Maximo, Wave, SAP and SpheraCloud requiredKnowledge of Microsoft Project, Primavera, and SharePoint beneficialProficient in the use of Microsoft OfficeExcellent interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge of cost engineering, planning, scheduling, and commissioningExcited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
