As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will be to manage a phase of a larger project or manage multiple smaller projects that are approximately $500k or less. This position is accountable for all aspects of a project's success from the initial proposal/bidding process, to meet or exceed the clients expectations, to the profitable completion of the jobs, with a special emphasis on safety performance. The anticipated salary range is $89,000 - $122,750 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individuals skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What it takes?

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field and 3-5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of bothProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Project Management software (Primavera, HCSS, etc.)A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving recordAbility to travel and commit to long term onsite projects
