Responsibilities

Manage project budgets to ensure that all projects are executed within budget, delivered on schedule, and meet planned outcomes. Identify potential known and unknown risks in the project and develop corresponding measures to address the risks. Ensure that the project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, continuously improving project processes. Track bug status and project performance, specifically analyzing the successful completion of short-term and long-term goals, with the ability to trace and resolve root issues. Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external clients, effectively motivate the team, and lead them to complete the project. Identify customer pain points and the value the team provides to the customer. Proactive communication, timely conveying project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring consistency with project objectives. Regularly report project progress and the next stage plan to leaders.
