We are looking for experienced, vibrant, self-motivated Municipal Engineering Project Manager to join our team serving in our Newark, OH or Dublin, OH office.

 As a Municipal Project Manager for the Midwest Region, you would lead a team responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining public infrastructure in urban areas. The team will work on projects such as roads, highways, water supply systems, sewage and drainage systems, public buildings, parks, bridges, water, and public transportation. Your work ensures the safety, functionality, and sustainability of urban environments, collaborating with other professionals to improve residents' quality of life. 

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain client relationships as the client contact for municipal projects Develop strategy, scope of work, and budget for projects and manage project schedules and budgets Provides supervisions and coordinates the interaction of all disciplines and support staff and sub-consultants as required to complete public works projects within budget and schedule. Coordinates and/or prepares proposals Evaluates staff performance   Establishes QA/QC methods and procedures on projects to ensure high technical performance in conformance with company standards Attendance at public meetings


Qualifications: Ohio Licensed Professional Engineer, required BS in Civil Engineering is preferred 8+ years’ work experience  Exceptional business and client service skills Exhibits strong organizational and time management skills  Excellent written and oral communications skills to articulate technical concepts at all levels Self-starter that excels in a collaborative, team environment Planning, funding, design and construction management experience with all types of municipal infrastructure
