Project Manager (Night Shift)

**The Role**
+ Manage the client/vendor interactions, communications, and expectations and build a trusted relationship based on core benefits knowledge and ability to consult on basic issues/solutions.
+ Partner with all lines of business to present as one WTW to the client.
+ Manage quality of ongoing service delivery and measures to proactively manage client-level impact.
+ Monitors progress to accurately reflect project scope, deliverables and timeline
+ Provide clients with high quality service and adhere to established PM standards.
+ Mentors, grows, and leads team members and junior project managers
+ Follow standards for change order documentation, sign-off and storage.
+ Follow standards for UAT documentation and management.
**Qualifications**
+ 1-3 years’ experience in projects. Experience on projects involving the the application of technology to solve human resource needs such as: administration, HR self-service (IVR, web, etc.), HR systems integration, HR shared services or HRIS/payroll preferred.
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
+ Solid interpersonal and client management skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Solid analytical, integrative and problem-solving skills
+ Solid organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment.
+ Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes and work with others to coordinate client priorities.
