Research Operations Program Manager

We're seeking an innovative Research Operations (ResOps) Program Manager to join our AI Design Research team. Our team creates AI-powered experiences across various apps, serving billions of users worldwide.

The ideal candidate will optimize research processes, manage vendor relationships, and enhance team efficiency. We value creative problem-solving, team-focused mindset, and the ability to overcome challenges while prioritizing people.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with research teams to implement AI automation and programming solutions that enhance research impactDevelop and execute programs to streamline processes and boost researcher effectivenessEstablish and manage operational systems to improve team efficiencyMaintain and enhance research operations infrastructureManage program roadmaps, updates, and risk communicationOrganize internal processes, research deliverables, and resource trackingOversee tooling, supplier relationships, contracts, and budget forecasting

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HCI, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Communications, Information Science, UX Design, Behavioral/Social Sciences, or related field5+ years ResOps experience5+ years technology sector experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of UX research methodologiesCross-disciplinary collaboration expertiseOutstanding communication and project management abilitiesExperience scaling ResOps initiatives across teamsUnderstanding of generative AI trendsProficiency with research tools (Qualtrics, Dscout, UserTesting)Enterprise product research backgroundData-driven decision-making experienceProven ability to work independently, embrace ambiguity, and deliver results

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
